How to navigate MyEmbroideries.com

Collection details

A collection of designs will be shown with a picture of the cover of the package. 

The Design ID always ends on 00, e.g. 137700 is collection #377 Tapestry in Bloom. 
If you click on this picture in, you will see all designs in that collections shown as “Related Items” at the bottom of the embroidery details page.

You can search for any of the collections or designs using item numbers.
The design id for a collection consists of 6 digits, the first one represents the brand, the next three the collection number and the last two digits whether it is a collection (00) or a design from a collection (01, 02 etc).
1 stands for Pfaff
2 for Husqvarna Viking
If you for example want to search for Pfaff Hummel collection #374, simply add a number 1 in front of the collection number 374 and end with 00, i.e.137400. If you want to find the 4th design in the #374 Hummel collection, simply search for 137404.
The same is true for Husqvarna Viking. If you want to search for Collection 162 Blooming Flowers, simply write 216200 and the complete collection of 162 Blooming flowers turn up. To searc for a collection with only two digits, for example 53 Christmas Lace, simply add a 0 before the collection number, 053 and search for 205300.

To purchase an embroidery

To buy a design, simply click “Add to shopping cart” and choose your file format by using the scroll down bar.

When you are done shopping, click on your shopping cart, if you are not already in it, and click on “proceed to checkout”. If you are not logged in at this time, the site will prompt you to log in first.

Fill in all your credit card details. When a screen appears with your embroideries, download them and the embroidery booklet in pdf form by clicking download.
Download one file at the time.

You can also access your purchased embroideries and pdf files up to 30 days from purchase under "My Homepage"

Embroidery details

Individual designs are shown as separate designs.

If you click on a design, you will see number of stitches, thread colors, the price for the design and the size of the design.
You can also see the available stitch formats for the design.

If you wish to select another thread manufacturer you can do so by using the scroll down bar and the correct thread numbers will automatically be shown on your screen.

My Homepage

Log In to access “My Homepage”.
In My Homepage you can see your purchases, download your purchases made in the last 30 days, see your favourite designs, change passwords etc.

Search result

When you have made a search or clicked on one of the categories, you will see an overview of designs that match your search.

If the search returns too many designs, you can narrow down the search result by filter by brand, price and/or design size.

You can also choose to sort your result by price, design size, brand and most popular as well as choose how many designs you would like to see on one page.

If you find a design that you like but would like to purchase it later, simply click on “Add to favorites” and this design will be added to your list of favourite designs that can easily be accessed through your “My Homepage”.

Search

Click on any on the categories on the left hand side to see all embroideries in that category.

To search for a specific design, e.g. a rose, write rose in the “Find Embroidery” section at the top left hand corner.
To see all roses in all categories, leave the scroll down bar to search “In all categories”.
To see all roses in a specific category, e.g., “Flowers and Gardens”, scroll down to the “Flowers and Gardens” category in the search field and then click “Go”.
